process

Presenting Authors are required to create an account and submit an abstract for review according to the guidelines set out below. The same account will be used when you register for the conference. Please keep the email and password used to create the account for future use. Sould you require any assistance or have a query about online submission, please contact chro_21st@foxmail.com.
IMPORTANT
· It is ESSENTIAL that you read the instruction below before you submit.
· The Presenting Author must submit the abstract and is required to be the corresponding author for that abstract.
Presenting Type
An abstract can be submitted for presentation at the conference as one of the
following categories:
·  Oral Talk
·  Lightning Talk
·  Poster
·  Abstract Only
Oral Talk Format:
Oral talk will be 15 minutes.
Lightning Talk Format:
The presentation will be 5-7 minutes in total. Presentations will be concise, graphic and attractive.
Poster Format: 
Requirements for making a poster electronic file: 90 cm wide, 120 cm high, 72 dpi, the file format is JPG, and the size is about 2M.
Submission Guide
The online abstract submission system is a simple step-by-step process and will ask you to input the following details:
· Title of the abstract (max. 15 words)
· Presentation type (Oral Talk, Lightning Talk, Poster or Abstract Only)
· Topics MUST be chosen from the theme list above
· Filling Name, affiliation and job title of Presenting Author in the abstract submission system (this person will act as the main contact for this abstract; this person MUST be listed as the first author in the author list)
· Name, affiliation of co-authors MUST be filled in the co-auther’s information
· Abstract word limit is 300 (Aim, Methods, Results and Conclusion), excluding Title, Authors and Affiliations.
· Download the abstract template to create the abstract as a Word document and then save as a Word file for uploading to the system. Graphs and tables may not be included in the abstract.
